We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the EU/UK GDPR, California CPRA, and Canada’s PIPEDA (and Québec Law 25).

- Contact/RFQ details: name, business email, phone, company, job title, message, product interests.
- Customer & supplier data (B2B): order details, billing/shipping info, VAT/tax ID, contract records.
- Marketing preferences: newsletter opt-in/opt-out.
- Recruitment: CV/resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, interview notes, eligibility to work (where required by law).
Please avoid sharing special categories of data (health, religion, etc.) in free-text fields.
b) Data collected automatically
- Technical/usage data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referrer/UTM, error logs.
- Cookies & similar technologies: used for site operation, analytics, and—if you consent—advertising measurement (see Cookies).

- Service providers (processors): hosting/CDN, CRM, email sending (e.g., Mailchimp/HubSpot), analytics, security, form tools, support tools — acting under our instructions and contracts.
- Distributors/partners: to fulfill your RFQ or request in any region where needed (USA, Canada, EU, etc.). We limit what we share to what’s necessary.
- Authorities: where required by law, to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Corporate events: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
5) International data handling
Our company is located in China and the Site is operated globally. If you are in the EEA/UK/Canada/US, your information may be processed in countries outside your region (including China and the US). For service providers outside your region, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures) where required. If you directly submit data to us from your region, it is processed in China to respond to your request and operate our B2B relationship. We have not appointed an EU/UK representative at this time.
6) Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed:

8) Marketing choices
- Email: click Unsubscribe in any email or contact us.
- Cookies/ads: use the Cookie Settings panel to disable analytics/marketing cookies.
- B2B outreach: if we contact your business email, you can opt-out anytime and we will stop.
9) Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures (TLS encryption, access controls, least privilege, logging, backups). No method is 100% secure. If you suspect misuse, contact contact@qudaautoparts.com immediately.
10) Children
The Site is for adults in a business context. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Disclosures & “Sharing”
We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” personal information with advertising/analytics partners via online tracking technologies (e.g., LinkedIn/Meta pixels) for cross-context behavioral advertising. This is optional and you can opt-out. We disclose personal information to service providers for business purposes (hosting, CRM, email, analytics, security) under contracts restricting use.
