Aftermarket steering and suspension parts

We manufacture a wide range of steering and suspension parts: Control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends, stabilizer links, and sway bars.

Our steering and suspension catalogue covers approximately 10,000 SKUs. We offer American, Asian and European applications and are constantly expanding our coverage.

Our customers range from the largest buying groups, wholesalers, and manufacturers in North America and Europe to online resellers and garages all over the world. Our processes are flexible to cater both for large organisations as well as for the small owner led shop.

We deliver superior aftermarket products that are competitively priced and meet or exceed industry standards.

control arms

Quda Auto Parts manufactures sheet metal, cast, and forged control arms.

We do not compromise on raw materials. Sheet control arms are made of thick steel. Cast and forged parts are made from the most durable and rust resistant alloys. All parts are welded or machined carefully to tight tolerances.

ball joints

Our ball joints are made with superior longevity in mind: High wear resistant and low friction sockets (metal-to-metal or durable POM seat), mirror polished ball pins, high sphericity of the ball for balanced load distribution, high performance grease with excellent thermal stability, and a clip fastened protective boot that reduces contamination of the ball joint.

Our ball joints can be manufactured maintenance free as well as with a grease fitting.

tie rod ends

Our tie rod ends are made according to the same principles that apply to our ball joints: High wear resistant and low friction sockets (metal-to-metal or durable POM seat), mirror polished ball pins, high sphericity of the ball for balanced load distribution, high performance grease with excellent thermal stability, and a clip fastened protective boot that reduces contamination of the tie rod end.

Our tie rod ends can be manufactured maintenance free as well as with a grease fitting.

stabilizer links

Also our stabilizer links are made to ensure longevity: High wear resistant and low friction sockets (mostly POM seat, but metal-to-metal also available), mirror polished ball pins, high sphericity of the ball for balanced load distribution, high performance grease with excellent thermal stability, and a clip fastened protective boot that reduces contamination.

Our stabilizer links are mostly manufactured maintenance free, but can also be equipped with a grease fitting.
