For our automotive OEM customers we manufacture high volume series of formed and joined metal parts.

As an IATF 16949:2016 certified facility with more than 35 years of manufacturing experience we are familiar with core tools like Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

INSPECTION: 100%

We are committed to providing our OEM customers with perfect parts. All our OEM parts are inspected 100%. Not a single defective part leaves our factory.

Delivery: JIT

We are accustomed to Just in Time (JIT) delivery. We have multiple shipments each day, 7 days a week.

Defect rate: 0 ppm

Our vision is to achieve a defect rate of 0 parts per million (ppm) for our OE production processes. It’s our commitment to continuous improvement. We want to get better every day.
